In a word no, I could have told you that on the other thread Just a little hint, google B16 and D16 or on here aswell.

 

ive been told not to bother...wanted more power from my d16. If your going to do an engine swap (read your other thread) then buy the engine you want and put that in rather then adapting a different engine. i hear the B18's are good but then all honda engines are good in some way

you can put a d16z(some number cant remember atm) head on the d16 you have to make it vtec. dont try and mash different engines together (unless you have a engeneering degree, then you can work out tollerences and shiz)

i never said a D16 cant make good power, just a D16 non VTEC N/A wont make power.

i run a D16 making 282bhp at 7,900rpm.

you can put D16Z6 or D16Y7 heads onto a non VTEC block, but B and D parts are non interchangable.

atm i got a d14 engine in my car which is 1.4 and only 80-90 hp and ive bought a d16 (a6 i think) its dohc 1.6 is that of any help?

a stock D16Z6 according to honda is 125bhp.
