I’ve purchased a 2018 1.0 Civic about a week ago and have only just realised I didn’t pick up a service book with it. I called the garage I bought it from and the salesman said it didn’t have one and all Honda service history is now available online anyway. I’ve tried connecting to the MyHonda+ app but it says my VIN isn’t compatible.
Have I been duped by the salesman or am I missing something?
