Now with the xenocron ECU and custom basemap, you will need to email this company and tell them what ECU you want (what ever your car has) and a full list of your setup so them can give you an accurate basemap, then all you will have to do is swap the ECU’s. you can however by the chipping kit and the chip with your custom base map on and install it yourself. if you also tell them your be running 10psi on 95 octane this should give you about 200whp, but this is not a permanent solution, you need to find a dyno and tuner in your area for a proper re map.
I wouldn't run it on the base map for too long tbh mate you will end up damaging it.
220 WHP is really going to be pushing it as well without built internals I know that it will handle it but it really is stretching it maybe shoot for 180-190 mine is going to be 176 bhp with 150 Ibs/ft of torque which will be quick enough! Mind you my stripped CRX vs your EG is street trim weight wise is quite a bit of difference.
well all the basemap will do is just retard my timing and bump the fuel up to a safe level.
it will seriously take 220whp, i talk to alot who have been running 220whp or more for years on clapped out 160k mile engines. i have heard poeple rte the internals at 275whp but im not even considering that lol.
but the engine is only going to be there another year before i get to my full build.
