yea, once you have rocker assembly off and you can see where the main cam shaft bearing cap threads are (the threads where the 8mm bolts go in not the 6mm at the ends) find the middle one on the exhaust side and it's just in front of it.
sorry i should have been more specific. i know where the one on the block is and that has to come out for the mini-me conversion. but the cylinder head is meant to already have a oil control jet. do you know where it is?
on your rocker assembly you have the two the rocker arms wich are active at low rmp, and the VTEC arm in the middle. the vtec uses oil pressure to lock the two rocker arms rinding the low profile lobes to the middle rocker arm riding the VTEC lobe.
so the oil is sent up into the rocker assembly to pressurise the system.
