what parts you looking for.

not many parts availabe but with a bit of searching you findfind enough.

Just generally, there seems to be nothing or no specific website or anything that stock parts for it. I'd really like a replacement front splitter as mine is missing, but ebay is the only place, and thats not very good.

Ive been told that anything rover 400 will fit lol

what are the plugs like? i think i'm going to order the iridium ones for my engine but want to know if its noticable. the only benefit i can see is the longer time between replacements!

THB the plugs, air filter, hamp oil filter, made no difference, maybe a bit smoother but hardly noticable.

i replace with these components as i felt they were better for the long term and high milage i do.

Today i took the car for a wee spin after getting it back ast night and

with the resonator box taken out it now grumble like it should (what a difference it made)

again no real extra power just noise
8-|

id say when manifold etc go on it will be quicker.

And for parts well

some mg/rover parts fit but whats the point.

mg zs 180 antiroll bar is a good shout with the suspension set up too.
but for that you could get koni/eibach

as for engine mods check a b18c1 usa most engine components fit eg skunk2's etc

a dc2 gearbox is also good move

cheers for all the coments and for the vote :D

i do my own services and thinking at at 8k revs iridium would be better. all proper sports bikers use them and they tend to have twice the service life as other plugs!
its a nice car, my mate wants one! dont think he will get a vti one as his funds arent the best!!

Im not going all out with modding this car. But subtle difference is all thata matters, im ware of eibachs so i will more than likely start there. I had them on my first civic and the handling was awsome.

Oh and as for your mate stug, you can pick up the mb6 vti circular about 2k and insurance for me is only £400 fully comp. :D
