Hi guys, as some of you know i have a BMC CDA to put onto my civic

http://www.europerformance.co.uk/pages/ ... uct=505313" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

i have also ordered some silicone pipes to fit it with

one from the throttle body at 90 degrees and it reduces it from 65mm to 60mm

http://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk/p6740 ... _info.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

then ive got an alluminium pipe to connect to the BMC CDA

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... TQ:GB:1123" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Ive also got a silicone coupler to join the the BMC CDA

http://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk/p9416 ... _info.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

i have just realised i have a problem though, i was going to drill a hole in the aluminium pipe to fit my sensor but with the pipe being cylinder its going to be tricky/impossibe to get a good airtight seal.

what can i do?

What size thread or hole diameter is the sensor? As I drilled and tapped a charging tube / pipe 1/4" BSP, screwed my part in hand tight or just over and used loctite stud locker on it, its lasted air tight for about 18 months so far :)

And that was on a cylindrical 90o elbow.
