Car Vehicle Speedometer Steering part Motor vehicle

Was wondering if anyone has had similar problems to this, car has been running fine and all of a sudden I turn it on yesterday morning and it lights up like a Xmas tree, every light possible has came on and I’ve lost power steering and the break hold isn’t activating either, anyone had problems like this before and knows how it’s fixed

Hey mate, I’ve had it twice now in my 2017 1.5 VTech Turbo, it does this when there’s a fault somewhere, it doesn’t show you precisely where, but back in April last year it was a misfire in injector 4, then just over 2 weeks ago it was a bust wheel speed sensor. The first time around my used car warranty covered it, this time it cost me just under £200 to get it fixed and that was with a friends dealer discount as my warranty had run out. It’s £180 to get in plugged in by Honda and the fault found.
