Afternoon all,

my 1.5 lsi has an extremely lumpy and sometimes very low idle, can I adjust this IACV to solve this by lifting the tickover?! if so can someone please point me in the right direction of where to find the IACV as first investigations didnt stumble upon it?!

Bridie!

its located on the back of the inlet mainfold to the right of the throttle body, its got to bolts in it. take it off and give the inside a good clean with some brake cleaner and see if that sorts it out.

ive never heard of any problem with honda's apart from the distributor has a tendency to screw up, im on my 3rd lmao.

its easy to check though, water in the oil, oil in the water. harder to start after sitting over night, white steam/smoke on morning start up and warm up.
