The health and wellbeing of our customers and associates is of the highest importance to Honda (UK) as we experience the constantly changing impact of the Coronavirus.
As a result, we are taking sensible and necessary precautions to protect both our customers and our associates. This includes the temporary suspension of production at our manufacturing facilities in Swindon and encouraging all staff at head office to work from home, where possible.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will provide regular updates to our customers and associates.

Dealer network
Our dealer network will be operating in the best interests of their customers and their employees and, like Honda (UK), will be following government advice and guidelines to ensure everyone remains safe. 
A proportion of our dealer network will remain open to support the ongoing service, repair and MOT of emergency vehicles, essential service vehicles and the vehicles of key workers. We would advise you contact your dealership prior to your visit to ensure it is open.
Under government guidelines, dealer showrooms are now closed to the public until further notice. However, most will remain contactable by telephone and email should you wish to speak to them about future vehicle collections, vehicle purchases or service, MOT and repair requirements.

Customer service
Our Customer Service team is operating normal opening hours. However, all our teams are now working remotely from the office after following Government advice. The Honda Contact Centre can still be reached on 0345 200 8000.
As a result of remote working, we apologise that we are unable to access postal enquiries or process any Certificate of Conformity (COC) and Year of Manufacturer (YOM) requests at this time. Our philosophy ensures that we remain committed to respecting individuals and treating customers fairly during these unprecedented times.
We would like to reassure you that we are here to support you and the management of your Honda Finance agreement throughout this pandemic. We understand that you may have concerns about the impact of COVID-19 on your finance agreement so our call centres remain open to offer guidance and explain the options available to you.
