Had a warning pop up on the information panel while driving today. Only appeared for less than a minute and was gone. I have Googled and can't find a matching image, and have connected an ODB, but the are no alerts.

Curious about what it means, and whether I should do anything about it.

The image was:

A car (face on)
Solid horizontal line under the car.
An arrow under the line (think it was pointing up towards or under the car, but might have been pointing down).

Any ideas?

What year is the car? Sounds like a collision warning light.
It's a 2016.

36468
. It was not this image (result of Google search for collision warning).

My friend just bought a 2007 Audi A4 and since I own an A8, he asked me about a warning symbol he is receiving (image attached). The warning symbol remains on whenever the headlamp switch is in the Auto position.

Having never seen this symbol, I thought no problem I will just search the web, knowing I would easily locate the culprit and save the day.

...three hours later I have basically learned nothing.

So it is my hope that one of you Audi gurus have seen it before and can assist us in finding a fix. Thanks in advance for your help.

I found the solution. City brake active system.

Now the next puzzle is why it activated the light (but not brakes or buzzer) at 20mph on an empty street!!!
