Ok so the bucket against the right hand side is holding a board against the wall as its windy as hell here today, but im so impatient, i made a wind blocker and rocked on with it!!

Yup, agreed! Although I finally found out the correct way to take them off without braking them.

Is there a good technique to it? I want to take mine off to respray them, finaly got my ACTUAL colour. How dya get them off then?

Well for the little strips around your bumper (or mine at least) there are little white fasteners that if you reach your arms round and behind the bumper and turn 10degrees, pop right off. I'd take a photo but I'm in London till the weekend.
